今回のテーマは、「引越し」（※こちらの記事は2015年に作成した記事ですがシーズン到来のため再アップします！）

「引越し」って、経験したことがある人にはよくわかることだと思いますが、ない人にはさっぱりわからない未知の世界ではないでしょうか？

以下は、おさや＠ひらつーの探し方です！あくまで一例としてご覧くださいませ。今回はひらつーパートナーのminiminiFC枚方店さんにお世話になることになりました！が、いきなり店舗に行って「ひらつーです、良い物件紹介して下さい！」という職権乱用のような方法で探してもらった訳ではなく（笑）普通に一般的市民として探しました。

私が今回重視した点は、家賃は50,000〜60,000円/月程度比較的会社の近くで、最寄り駅まで10分以内日当りがいい（絶対）お風呂とトイレと洗面台が別キッチンがきれい（出来れば2口コンロ）と、割とわがまま？

You can contact us by phone or by using the form. There is also a service that will notify you by e-mail when the desired property becomes available! I first sent an inquiry using the form, received a call back from the person in charge, and then exchanged emails and phone calls.

In my case, there were about 3 other houses that I thought were good, so I wanted to see all of them and compare them, but I couldn't find the time, so that was the most important condition. So, the property has been decided and the contract is finally signed. The contract will be with the real estate agent. I have a seal and an application fee. (Let's ask the person in charge what you need before you go!) You will receive an explanation of important matters, and hear about the flow of moving in and insurance.

There are also documents that you will need to bring back and resubmit, such as documents that your guarantor will fill out. I was so busy that I couldn't go many times, so I was able to handle several procedures by mail.

自分で用意して提出する書類としては、住民票源泉徴収票印鑑証明（保証人）顔写真（スナップ写真でもオッケーでした。）健康保険書の写しでした。不動産会社さんによって多少異なるかもしれません。

２、引越し前にやること、手続きなど

今住んでいる家の契約不動産会社に退去の旨を連絡する！（退去する1ヶ月前までに！）また、契約時の住居の原状回復の条件についての記載事項を確認しておきましょう。

数年前、実家から一人暮らしを始めるときは荷物も少なかったので自家用車で自分で何度か往復して荷物を運んだのですが、今回は洗濯機や冷蔵庫など１人では到底運べないようなものがいろいろあったので、潔く業者さんにお願いすることにしました。友達にお願いしたりするのも気を使いますしね

electrical procedure

電気は関西電力に届け出ます。インターネットから手続き可能です。新居の利用開始・旧居の利用停止ともに立ち会いは不要です。

gas procedure

ガスは大阪ガスに届け出ます。インターネットから手続き可能です。旧居の閉栓は立ち会い不要ですが、新居の開栓は立ち会いが必要です。

水道・電気・ガスの手続きはいつすればいいかというと、新居の使用開始の日が決まったら行程を整理してまとめて手続きしてしまうのがいいと思います！私はうっかりしていたので、引越しの2〜3日前頃に手続きしてしまいましたがなんとか間に合いました

By the way, unless there are special circumstances, I thought it would be better not to stop anything until the cleaning of the former residence is finished! You can't vacuum without electricity, your hands are cold to wipe with water without gas, and you can't wipe with water if the water supply is turned off in the first place.

引っ越し当日前後は、想像以上に頭がこんがらがりますので簡単にまとめてメモっておくといいと思います。

市役所での手続き

＊住民異動票の手続きについて（枚方市HP）確実に市民サービスを受けるために、新居に住み始めてから14日以内に市民室に届出を出しましょう！届出ができるところは、枚方市役所本館１階（市民室）と津田・香里ケ丘・北部の3支所です。詳しくは枚方市HPをご確認ください。印鑑が要ります。

＊小学校、中学校の転校手続きについて（枚方市教区委員会HP）子どもがいらっしゃる方は早めに転校手続きについて確認しておくのがいいと思います。

インターネット回線・電話現在契約されている会社があればそれぞれで住所変更手続きが必要です。

Procedures for obtaining a driver's license and a private car

免許証に記載されている住所を変更する場合は手続きが必要です。自家用車がある方は自動車の住所変更届出が必要です。

Post office (change of address notification/forwarding service)

方法は２つ。１、インターネットで変更手続きをする。２、転送届の下の用紙を郵便局でもらってポストに投函する。（裏面に必要事項の記入面と書き方の見本が記載されています。）

郵送の場合は、一度東京本部に送られてから変更されるそうなので投函してから何日かかかります。それまでに送られた郵送物は宛先不明で送り元に返されてしまうそうですので、早めに届け出を出した方がいいですねー。そして、転送してもらえるのは1年間なので、注意が必要です！また出し直せば転送は継続できます。

不要品・粗大ゴミの処理大きなゴミや不要品は適切に処理しましょう！引越会社さんで処理してもらえるところもありますし、家具買替えの場合は引換えで持って帰ってもらえるところもありますよね。市で処理してもらう場合は市HPで確認して下さい。

近所の人に挨拶（旧居・新居ともに）隣近所の方々に引っ越しすることを伝える挨拶をしましょう。洗剤などの日用消耗品やお菓子など簡単な粗品も用意しておきましょう！

荷造りの様子引越会社さんに日程や時間の希望を伝えて申込みが完了したら、事前に下の荷造りセットを受け取りました。直前まで放置せずに出来るところからダンボールに詰めていきましょう。後で泣くor恥ずかしいのは自分です・・・身をもって（笑）

I asked for the desired number of cardboard boxes. I ordered 15 large and 15 small for the time being.

ダンボール（大）×15ダンボール（小）×15ガムテープ×2巻布団を入れる袋×1枚食器とか割れ物を包むための紙×1束（100枚くらい入っていたでしょうか）

ハンガーボックス×3は、引越し当日に持ってきてもらうようにしたので、ハンガーかけてある服はそのままにしておきました。

ダンボールの横には何が入っているか確認できるようにメモできるようになっています。せっかくなので当てはまるところに丸しておきましょう。特にワレモノはわかるようにしたいところ！！

３、引越し当日

Finally the day of moving. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day I moved. But it will go ahead as planned! !

Finished packing the old house and waited at home. I knew I had to drain the water from the refrigerator, but I didn't know how to do it, so I waited for Mr. World.

Three of the world handsome guys came (one of them was shy, so he said he couldn't take a picture. Unfortunately!) The photo service was perfect, and he appeared when I interviewed him before. Mr. Nishimoto.

Before I could take a proper picture, I quickly carried out my large amount of luggage. The refrigerator I was worried about was also finished carrying before I knew it.

ひとつめっちゃ恥ずかしかったのが、ずっと動かせなかった洗濯機の裏にいっぱいものを落としていてそのままにしていたので、どけてもらったときにいろんなものが溜まってて、恐ろしい状況になっていました（笑）可能な限り事前に掃除しておかなくっちゃと思いました・・・（ごめんなさ〜い）

But I didn't complain and they wiped the dust clean, so I'm really grateful! ! thank you world

このとき思ったのは、水拭きできるようにぞうきんを何枚か用意しておく引越し、掃除が終わるまでは水道・電気・ガスを切らないようにしておく家電は毛布などでくるんで運んでもらえるので、コンセントを抜くだけにしておいてダンボールなどに入れてふたしてしまわない方がいいワレモノは丁寧に梱包して、「ワレモノ」ということをわかりやすくしておくダンボールに荷物を詰め込みすぎない（重すぎると運ぶの大変！）

自転車までばっちり収まりました〜！！ありがと〜〜ワールドさん〜〜！！

Done in no time! ! The washing machine was also installed before I knew it.

We started loading luggage around 16:00 and finished at 18:00. So fast! !

お支払いを済ませてワールドさんが帰られたあと、家の中はこんな感じでした。山積みの荷物・・・・・・（膨大な荷物に立ちすくむ）正直に打ち明けると、実は私、どんくさいことに新しい家につける電気を買っていなかったのですよねー・・・持っていってた間接照明のささやかな明かりの中、徹夜で荷解きました（笑）みなさんは電気を買い忘れないように気をつけてくださいね！！

４、引越し後にやること午前中は新居のガス開栓の立ち会いでした。大阪ガスのスタッフさんが来てくれて、ガス開栓の作業をしてくれて、お湯が出たか確認して最後にサインをして終了でした。15分くらいだったでしょうか。

And in my case, I could have moved out after the moving date, so I went to my old house in the afternoon and cleaned it.

注意点は、掃除が終わるまで旧居の電気・水道、出来ればガスも切らないことぞうきん・ゴミ袋・掃除機・ほうき等の掃除セットは置いていくこと

一応、きれいになりました〜！！

その後。

Most of the furniture and home appliances are the same, but the atmosphere really changed when the layout changed! For now, it's done!

The empty cardboard boxes were collected by Mr. World at a later date! Thank you to the end.

５、おまけ今回、大きな窓があるので憧れていたオーダーメイドカーテンにチャレンジしてみることにしました！！ここまで来たら枚方のお店で買えよって話なんですが、「unico」のカーテンが気になっていたのですみません、四条で買いました（笑）

I think all shops have the same process, so I'll give you a brief introduction.

Until I put on the order curtain

First, measure the width (curtain rail) and the height of the window (length of the curtain).

"Height = the length of the curtain itself". Please note that it will be finished with this length. In the case of this window, the bottom is slightly higher, so it's up to you whether you want it to extend to the bottom or to the window. I made it to the window part!

Check the shape of the window and the shape of the curtain rail. It may be smoother to take a picture with your cell phone and show it at the store.

After confirming the size and shape, let's go to the store!・Curtain pattern ・Volume of folds ・Single or double opening ・Options (shape memory processing, light blocking, lining sewing, etc.) I will decide while consulting with. There were so many things I didn't understand, so I asked the store clerk a lot, but he was very polite!

By the way, when I asked the store staff, they said, "You can buy curtains online, but they're ready-made items, so if you want the perfect size, it's definitely better to order them directly at the store!" That's what it means.

2 weeks later···
